Materials
Our latex balloons are biodegradable and our foil balloons are built to be reused. Bring foils and balloon weights back to us and we'll recycle them for you.
Care Instructions
A little care goes a long way. Keep your balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight, sharp edges, and rough surfaces. Hosting outdoors? Keep them inside as long as you can, then set them up somewhere cool and shaded.
Temperature is the big one: helium balloons can deflate in the cold and pop in the heat, and latex tends to lose its shine when it's warm out. Steer clear of leaving balloons in extreme temperatures altogether.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3
business days from our our Maryland warehouse.
RETURNS
We accept returns on online purchases within 30
days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in
their original packaging. To start a return, email
admins@shoppartehaus.com with your order number.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
FINAL SALE
Some items cannot be returned: food products,
balloons, lip products, seasonal holiday items
once the holiday has passed, and sale or
clearance items.
