Refund policy

 

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items, in new condition with their original packaging for a full store credit. 

All balloon sales are FINAL.


Orders purchased from our online store can be returned by contacting customer service at info@shoppartehaus.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide the order number listed on the original email receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Customer service will provide the appropriate return address for the item(s). Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

If an item arrives damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies and contact customer service to arrange for exchange or refund. Please include your order number as well as photographs of the damaged item.
