Absolutely! Most balloon orders can be customized to match your theme, colors, message, or special occasion. For custom designs and personalized balloon services that are not available to order online, please contact Parté Haus directly. Our team will be happy to discuss your ideas and create something uniquely yours.

Absolutely, and pickup is always free at Montgomery Mall, 7101 Democracy Blvd Bethesda, MD. We'll email you the moment your order is packed and ready to go. 

Pickup hours are Monday: 12 Noon PM - 6:30 PM, Tuesday-Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Thursday-Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Sunday: 12:00 NN - 4:30 PM.. 

Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday - Sunday.

For later same-day pickups or weekends, reach out at 301-215-2674 and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! We’re happy to inflate balloons from outside sources.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of balloons not purchased from Parté Haus. If a balloon pops during inflation due to a defect or other issue, the helium used is non-refundable. Outside balloons are inflated at the customer’s own risk.

Yes! Every helium bundle includes a coordinating weight, with the exception of individual ceiling balloons. All orders are packed in clear balloon bags so they're easy to transport, whether you pick them up in store or have them delivered.

Yes! We deliver throughout Montgomery County and NW Washington, DC.

Delivery windows are Tuesday to Friday between 11 AM and 6 PM, and Saturday & Sunday between 11 AM and 3 PM. We'll do everything we can to hit your preferred window, though an exact arrival time can't be guaranteed.

Need it today? Same-day delivery is available Tuesdays - Fridays when you order before 11AM.

For same-day requests outside those hours, give us a call at 301-215-2674 and we'll try to make it happen.

Your fee is based on your ZIP code and calculated automatically at checkout. If your ZIP isn't coming up, just call us at 301-215-2674. Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and correct before ordering. Orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to an additional charge.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admins@shoppartehaus.com or 301-215-2674.

We understand that plans can change. To receive a cancellation credit, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Please note that balloon orders are non-refundable. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will gladly issue a full store credit that can be used toward a future purchase at Parté Haus.

Balloon float time varies depending on the type, size, and environmental conditions.

To help your balloons last longer:

• Keep balloons in their bag until you’re ready to display them.
• Use indoors whenever possible and keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, sharp objects, and rough surfaces.
• Cold temperatures may cause foil balloons to appear slightly deflated. They will return to normal once brought back to room temperature.
• Heat causes helium to expand, which can lead to balloons popping. Direct sunlight can also cause latex balloons to fade and lose their shine.
• Outdoor balloons are exposed to weather conditions and will naturally move with the wind.

Because balloons are delicate and environmental conditions vary, we cannot guarantee their lifespan after they leave our store or have been delivered. We take every care to ensure they are prepared and inflated properly before pickup or delivery.

We use 100% premium natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable under normal conditions. Foil balloons aren't biodegradable, but they're reusable and you're always welcome to bring foils and weights back to us to reuse or recycle.
