We're not able to fill balloons from outside sources. Since we can't verify their condition or replace them if there's a defect, this policy helps us keep every order up to our standards.

Yes! Every helium bundle includes a coordinating weight, with the exception of individual ceiling balloons. All orders are packed in clear balloon bags so they're easy to transport, whether you pick them up in store or have them delivered.

Your fee is based on your ZIP code and calculated automatically at checkout. If your ZIP isn't coming up, just call us at 301-215-2674. Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and correct before ordering. Orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to an additional charge.

Email us at admins@shoppartehaus.com or call 301-215-2674 as soon as you can. We ask for at least 48 hours notice when possible, though we know plans change and we'll always do our best to help. Please note that balloon orders aren't refundable but if you need to cancel, we'll gladly issue full store credit.

It depends on the balloon type and size. Our helium latex balloons are treated with a float-extending sealant and typically last 1–3 days. For the freshest look, schedule pickup or delivery for your event day whenever possible.

A few care tips to get the most out of them:

• Keep balloons in their bag until you arrive, then display indoors, away from direct sun, heat, sharp objects, and rough surfaces.
• Cold weather can make foil balloons look slightly deflated. They'll plump back up at room temperature.
• Heat causes helium to expand and can lead to pops, and sunlight will dull glossy latex to a matte finish.
• We don't recommend leaving balloons outside in extreme heat or cold, and any outdoor balloons will move with the wind.

Balloons are delicate by nature, so while we take every care to prepare them for you, we're unable to guarantee their lifespan once they have left our store or been delivered.

We use 100% premium natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable under normal conditions. Foil balloons aren't biodegradable, but they're reusable and you're always welcome to bring foils and weights back to us to reuse or recycle.
